Gather Evidence

Which of the following can you provide now?

  • Evidence of learning outcomes for users collected by working through the Measure Learning section of this web site
  • Evidence of user satisfaction provided through regular user or visitor surveys, best value and comprehensive performance assessment reviews
  • Baseline data and subsequent user surveys to demonstrate that the range of learners using your service is broadening
  • Evaluation of projects to demonstrate their impact
  • Feedback from colleagues, partners and stakeholders that builds up a picture of how you are perceived and provides recognition of your contribution to learning

Evidence from standards schemes to support your claim that you are becoming a learning organisation, such as

  • Investors in People
  • QAA (Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education)
  • EfQM (European Framework for Quality Management)
  • Chartermark
  • PQASSO - Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations

Evidence of the increase budgets and enhanced status for staff leading on leading issues to demonstrate that the profile of learning is being raised internally.

Win Support  will help you to integrate the evidence that you have to make a better case to colleagues, funders and other stakeholders.

Do you need to improve the quality of the evidence that you collect? This may be part oy your plan. Now go to  Take action

'Piloting the framework certainly added weight to the case for including the post of Head of Museum Education in the senior management team of the Museums and Archives Service.'
