Inspiring Learning for All asks you to reflect on whether your museum, archive or library is a learning organisation.

We understand 'learning organisations' as those which:

'… consist of people who challenge and change things, who are continually looking for new perspectives, and who make constant shifts in their thinking and behaviour.'

Julie Hay, Transformational Mentoring
