Think imaginatively about sustainability:
- Regularly review with partners to encourage shared learning, strategic thinking and problem solving
- Use partnerships to respond to wider initiatives and potentially release funding
- Build development opportunities into partnership working: for example, shadowing partners; secondment opportunities; job swaps
- Seek feedback from partners on what you are doing and the impact of this on their users
- What have you learned from the partnership? How does that change what you do and how you do it?
